Yeah I like the immediacy of the no waiver system, it encourages movement. With IP and GP limits, churning isn't a problem and all of our league members live within one timezone of each other, so that's not really a problem either.

I like the no waiver rules because I like the fact that if someone pulls the trigger first to get the player they want then they deserve him. I also have never had any problems in my leagues of people dumping players for the most part we are all friends so we don't want to help each other out we are competing. Also, in the rare instances I have had of people just giving up on a team, they don't even check their rosters they just give up.
