Injury to Yunel Escobar

Yunel Escobar was attempting a bunt and the ball hit his fingers. Taken for x-rays.

I bet he'll become a better bunter from this point on.

Yunel Escobar isn't expected back before Tuesday after shattering a fingernail when he was hit with the ball while bunting in Friday's game.

He was lucky it was just the nail. Martin Prado will fill in at shortstop for the next couple of days.

Looks like Chipper needs some rest too...Prado is playing 3rd in today's game, and Brent Lillibridge was called up to play SS.
