and it sounds like for good b/c the Rangers are apparently promoting Teagarden to AAA as well. Will update once confirmed.

If I recall correctly, which I may not, the Rangers intend to use him at first base more than catcher, and only use him as catchger when absolutely necesarry. Ala Brandon Inge.
