What can I do to improve?

I'd like to give you my thoughts on my team first.
1) I drafted to closers to try and win saves, era, whip. I have been winning saves, and I actually have a winning record in Wins (I rotate daily SP's according to how I'm doing for the week and the matchups each day - it has worked so far). I am doing ok in ERA and WHIP, mostly b/c of Joe Borowski, I lost the first two weeks.
2) My batters have been struggling, and I thought this would be a strong point of mine. Should I be worried or stand pat? - Jeter missed time with an injury, A-Rod has missed time with an injury, B. Phillips is slumping pretty bad right now, Hawpe is slumping terribly right now, and Sabathia has been pretty bad too (I've been trying to trade him b/c I usually just rotate daily SP's).
3) I made one trade early (I Gave: T. Hudson/K. Youkilis and I Got: D. Lee/R. Betancourt). I think I did pretty well in that one.
4) I'm getting killed in runs and SB's each weak because I have mostly RBI guys. I've looked at trading Sabathia / Hawpe for C. Figgins. Also, I'm trying to trade D. Lee (or Tex) / B. Phillips / Jeter to another team for H. Ramirez / G. Sizemore. If I traded Tex / D. Lee would I be hurting for power?

Your team is pretty solid for a 10 team league. If you need runs or SBs, put Ellsbury in your lineup instead of Hawpe. B Phillips is terrible this year, but I'm not a huge Kaz fan. Overall, your team should be solid. It's early, don't worry!
