1B/OF eligibility is nice, too, and even when he isn't hitting, he's scoring runs at a great clip.
In What round would you consider someone to have "overpaid" for him?
I don't think he will hit 30 HR this year cuz lead off guy's job is not to pull the ball but the get on base and he is doing a very good jobs of. His runs will incread but his RBI oppturnity will drop big time and his HR will fall. He is never a good avg guy, most of the time people including me drafting him for his HR potential and if you play in a league with .OBP then he is golden. I think he is a better real life player than Fantasy player at this point. I drop him in one of my 5x5 league already.
Swisher said in a recent interview its taking him sometime to adjust to being a leadoff hitter. I think once it warms up in chicago and Swisher is more comfortable at leading off he will put up great numbers. Be patient with Swisher.
He's leading off on a great offense and in a great park. Don't worry about Swisher.
I think Swisher's grossly overrated, great clubhouse guy but not someone I would want on my fantasy team in a 5x5. I wouldn't expect much better than a .255 90R 30HR and about 75 RBIs if he stays in the top two in the order. I'd almost rather have Chris Duncan on my squad.

First of all, he's going to score more runs than that. He's leading off a good offensive team and if you think he's going to hit about 30 dingers, that would make him very valuable so I'm not sure why you conclude this thought by marginalizing him.
I'm guessing a line of 110, 28, 75, .260 is about right. Nothing special but a good enough line to be a solid starter, especially with the CI eligibility.
