Very even. Runs/RBI should be pretty similar. It all depends on whether Hamilton will hit enough HR to make up the differenece in SBs. He probably won't even if he hits 40 (which I think he has a very good chance of reaching) so I'll give Rios a slight nod.

I dunno, but Hamilton looks much improved this year. It looks like he has learned how to hit against lefties (.222 avg last year). If he continues to hit like this, I would compare him more to Vlad than Rios.
