Solid improvements from mlb.com Gameday!!

Postby neoforce » Thu Apr 24, 2008 4:22 pm

I love mlb.com's gameday, but they made a bunch of changes in the offseason that I wasn't happy with. You had to scroll up and down every time you switched between games, the information you needed was scattered around.

I still used it, but was considering changing to ESPN or some other free tracker.

Well today they released an update. They really improved it making it again the clear #1 free game tracker.

Now you can easily switch between games wihtout scrolling up and down to see the status of the game you move into. Some details require scrolling, but the key information is all front and center, and the overall layout more compact.

And there is easy access to video clips.

Much, much improved!!
There are a few things with the New York Yankees that never change. That's pride, tradition, and most of all, we have the greatest fans in the world. -Derek Jeter, 9/21/08 -- last words from old Yankee Stadium

If they still require you to use the latest version of Flash they're going to continue to lose out on lots of eyeballs from people who can't install things on their work computers.
