how come you make all your bg's blank? this sig would be much better if you put it on a solid color bg as opposed to a transparent one.

The Webb sig was more of an experimental transparent one actually. I usually do use backgrounds, but I thought I would try something new. My current sig (with Hanley) used to have a background, but I didn't like the quality of it after getting it to <12Kb. So I just scrapped the background to save Kb and so Hanley would look sharper.

Here are some of my past sigs that were used on another board. The may seem kind of big on here since everyone is probably used to 400x100.

Not quite sure why these 2 don't have outlines :-?

seems like you use the bg that is already in the pic. you have some good skills, but if you worked on some new bg designs you could take your game to the next level. check out some tutorials around here. some pretty good ones.

I like the Webb sig and the transparent BG looks good on it. I think it would look better if Webb was centered more or there was some lighting there to make him more of the focal point. Still nice though.
