Howard and Santana for Hanley and ARam?

12 Team keeper- keep 7 plus 1 rook. and 1 minor- Should I trade Howard and Santana for Hanley and ARam. He may be willing to throw a Billingsly in as well- can my pitching afford it? I would slide Gordon or Pena to 1st, and use Hanley at my U. I have had Howard for 3 years and he drives me nuts- Thanks and WHIR.
