Do you think this guy will ever figure out how to throw strikes, he has dominating stuff, but he so rarely can throw strikes. i love watching him pitch though, what do you think his numbers will be this year?
Reyes and guerrero, the two most blessed players in the league, not to mention the most fun to watch

I started a thread a few days ago about Perez and if you would consider him a deep sleeper. A lot of people said not for this year but possibly in the future. I think Perez will start to throw strikes with experience and could be a very effective pitcher in a few years.
