The live box score updates pitch count every inning.
Personally I prefer MLB.com's Gameday that updates it every single pitch, but that's me.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Yeah MLB gameday is pretty much unparalleled in my opinion. I use stattracker to keep track of my current standings and the like -- any internet game following should be done @ MLB
I'm not really following the game though. I just want to know how many pitches my players have thrown and if it's realistic to get a couple more strikeouts. I'd like to be able to do that without opening a whole different page.
Is this is in the full box score link on gamechannel? Because that link isn't clickable for me in Firefox.

You can either check the live box score on Yahoo's game page, or click the little green field at MLB.com next to the game in question and a live updating box score will appear.
