I would like to balance things out, but I seem to have more for hitting either way.

I like K/BB as a pitching stat. Possibly HR against, and IP to balance things for starters/closers.

Not sure if you need errors as well as FPCT on the hitting side.

Sacrifice Flys (SF)

Pitching-

Losses
Strikeouts
Complete Games
Shutouts
Saves
ERA
WHIP

Yeah it's a lot but we try to have more to even it out.
