I like K/BB as a pitching stat. Possibly HR against, and IP to balance things for starters/closers.

Not sure if you need errors as well as FPCT on the hitting side.

Sacrifice Hits (SH)
Sacrifice Flys (SF)

yeah that errors thing I was looking at too.

I'm the commissioner of a league with my friends. We use:

Stolen Bases
Average
OPS

Pitching-
Wins
Losses
Strikeouts
Complete Games
Shutouts
Saves
ERA
WHIP

Yeah it's a lot but we try to have more to even it out.

Shutouts ?
