What are my weaknesses?

SP-Harang, Wang, Vasquez, Oswalt,Gallardo,Burnett,Garland, Edwin Jackson, Mark Kendrickson.
RP-Francisco Rodriguez

We start 5 outfielders and 8 starting pitchers daily. 10 man head to head league.

The main weakness is see is that right now Tulowitski not hitting, Granderson on the DL, and what I think is a lack of power in the OF. Bourn and Crawford will get you steals but not a ton of HR. Hawpe only has 1 for the season so far.

A-Rod could possibly be headed to a DL stint but you have that covered with Blalock

Pitching-wise you don't seem to have a surplus of Strikeout guys (Harang & Burnett stand out but the others don't).

Not sure what Categories your league has though.

I agree that you need more power out of your OF. I think you will be much happier when Granderson retuns and is hitting alongside a healthy A-Rod, Tulo, Martin, and BPhil after they hit their stride. I think you have too many good players who have all managed to come out of the gate slowly. Nothing you can do about that, but wait for the season to progress. Your pitching looks good, especially if Oswalt finally found his touch.

You have an offense that seems to me more balanced towards AVG. and speed. When Tulo comes around and Granderson comes back you should be very nice there. Your OF is full of speed with Markakis, Upton, Crawford and Bourn. Your pitching will be very good if Burnett can avoid injury. I think you should move one of your starters and maybe a speedy outfielder for a power hitting OF.
