I say Bruce is in the majors by June 1 at the latest, but probably my the middle of May. The real question for me is what kind of stats he'll put up. Are we expecting a Braun like impact or a more traditional .267/20/70 rookie season?

Someones gotta win the NL ROY. Why not the MVP last year for the Minor Leagues and Baseball America's number 1 rated prospect???

Three straight one for fours but today he jacked #5, a two-run shot. Also had a third RBI to give him 17 overall.

I think his hitting ability, not playing ability mind you, I'm not taking into consideration SB's and base runnig type of things, but his putting the ball in play ability is similar to Geovany Soto. He will K a TON, but will still manage an above 300 Average, get a lot of XBH's, and Rack up nearly a walk for every K.

In other words, nearly every out he records will be a strike out, but he won't make that many outs that it will hurt his hitting.
