Raffy Soriano out a month

Soriano will be sidelined for up to a month after an MRI exam Tuesday revealed a strained muscle on his left side. He was 3-0 with a 1.53 ERA as a rookie last season.
Fantasy Source spin: He has fantasy value because of his overall excellent numbers and his ability to handle a big workload. But all of those innings (last season and winter ball) probably played a role in this injury.

i heard this on KJR here in Seattle. Looks like he did it yesterday while warming up down in Peoria.

I was really hoping he could beat out Franklin and get into the starting rotation before opening day, but it looks like he will definitly start the year in the pen for now.
