This is my first ever team, I wasn't happy with it while drafting. What ya'll think? What should I look to improve? Don't be too hard on me!

I think I agree...trade one of your stud pictures for a big bat (Sheffield, M. Ramirez, etc) if you can. Your starting pitching staff was nicely selected!

Im still learning this so bare with me, im curious. When ya'll say my offense is weak, which categories do I need to try and improve? Homeruns? RBIs? alot? lol

If you weren't happy drafting the team, welcome to fanatsy baseball, where you're almost never happy while drafting!

Probably need some O-fense. I'd say average, this is where Manny would be ideal. Maybe package a stud SP w/ Castilla and use Hillenbrand. Vinny's ave. won't help.

One last piece maybe to keep a close eye on closers. You have one unsigned, one coming off injury from early last year and a wild card w/ Looped. Starters look excellent

Yeah I agree, definitely trade one of those aces for another bat. Infielder or an outfielder, you're not really strong in either spot. Think I'd deal Kerry Wood or Jason Schmidt. I wouldn't discourage you from dealing Pedro, either, you really do have a weak offense.
