Who knows? The only time he has accumulated a large string of starts in one hit was at A level. If you can afford to have him in your staff this year enjoy the ride. At best he might be like old-school Randy Johnson, 200 Ks at 10 K/9 with 100+ walks.

He needs to learn how to pitch when his command is off to become a good pitcher. That can take guys a while sometimes and it isn't something he ever fully figured out in the minors.
