Apparently his throwing session on Saturday (off a mound) went well and he was able to throw all his pitches. He's going to throw again on Tuesday and might be activated this Thursday. Apparently he's on schedule but I wouldn't be surprised to see him activated next week.

Hopefully for this owners the hip does not flare up again and lead to surgery that could put on the shelf for a couple of months.

my only hope of winning my keeper league was to dominate pitching with peavy, webb, bedard and be near the top in hitting. after the start of the season i thought i had a great chance, but things have turned south quick. damn bedard, get healthy already and give me those 200 K's! and tulo, start hitting and hart, start getting hr's , and weeks, get that avg up!

I hate you for even saying this ...

I don't know if this is new, but it's new on Yahoo:
Apr 22 Bedard (hip) is probable for Thursday's game against Baltimore, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports.
Recommendation: Officially, the starter for Thursday is TBA, but that should change after a mound session Tuesday. If the pain in his hip is gone, then he should start Thursday, which will be his first career appearance against the Orioles. R.A. Dickey would get the start if Bedard can't go.

And pretty much the same thing on rotoworld:
The Seattle Post-Intelligencer believes the Mariners are penciling Erik Bedard (hip) in to start Thursday against the Orioles.
Bedard still has to throw off the mound this afternoon. If that goes well, Bedard figures to get the nod over R.A. Dickey on Thursday.

I would love to see a solid start this week so I can try and sell him high.

It is too late to sell high now, as a Bedard owner I am just hoping I can still sell at a reasonable price.
