Drop Westbrook for Pelfrey?

I am in a 16-team roto Yahoo keeper league. I have been trying to move Westbrook while he is high but I can't make a good package. Should I just drop Westbrook for Pelfrey or keep working on packaging and selling high on Westbrook. Or maybe drop Westbrook for Scott Olsen who is still available? After another good start so far tonight for both, they might not be available long.
