Erik Bedard-Buy Low??

What do you guys think of Bedard...is he a guy that you should stay away from in trades?? Or is he going to be ok and you should try and get him when you can? What are everyone's general thoughts about him right now? Thanks guys.

I'd buy so low that I doubt anyone would take the offer. If he ends up on the DL for an extended period, he'd be more available from owners willing to take him for a ham sandwich, but it's still too early and everyone's still concerned with "equal value"

Bedard could come back soon and dominate all year - or he could be HURT all year and contribute nothing. Who knows? I'd buy low if I could get him without too much sacrifice, but I wouldn't invest a lot in him until he comes off the DL and actually pitches!

There is no way I would do that. Also, that's not really buying low because Cano has such a low value right now as well.

I wouldn't give up anyone who will contribute all that much because of Bedard's injuries. Keep in mind, he missed a good portion of last year with an injury as well, so it's not like this is the first time he's ever been hurt.

I wouldn't touch Bedard this year. His injury could linger and affect him all season.
