Belisle in the Reds rotation

Reds general manager Wayne Krivsky said Belisle will start Monday in place of Josh Fogg, and manager Dusty Baker confirmed the pitching rotation change after Saturday's game.

Belisle is coming off a stint on the 15-day disabled list because of a strained right forearm. In three rehabilitation starts, he went 3-0 with a 1.09 ERA. He pitched 24 2/3 innings and allowed 17 hits, four runs, three earned runs and one walk, striking out 12.
