Lind is definitely ready for the bigs. He has been destroying AAA so far this year.

Not a huge surprise IMO, there was no way they were going to give him eough at bats to have his option picked up so it was only a matter of time.
Thomas is a rally killer with his complete lack of running ability now a days

Someone who needs a DH could certainly use the Big Hurt.
