If Giambi was on steroids, and he was working out, and then he went off steroids he would NOT lose that much weight. In order to lose that much weight that quick, you have to be doing some serious dieting. I'm not saying that Giambi isn't on steriods, but as long as he says he's not on them, then I'll believe him until something proves me otherwise.

Going to huge someday.
I guess Kevin Mench must really like "the juice" too. The announcers were talking last year that he's got the biggest helmet size in MLB.
Lmao!
I've never seen an article that mentions steroids making someone's head grow. I'd be interested in reading one if someone out there has a link.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
What theh hell thats Aaron Boone not Jason Giambi.
3 lbs my ass. The guy looks like he is ready to steal 40 bags and lead off

Why do you want to see a head size link? Seems irrellevent to me. I don't see anybody saying his head decreasing in size was the reason we assume he was on steroids, it was his entire body that shrunk...............it seems that you're focusing on a moot point.
"Jack, will you call me, if you're able?"
"I've got your phone number written, in the back of my Bible."
I'm tired of all this speculation about who was on steroids. Innocent until proven guilty (this isn't fricking England).. in which case innocence or guilt isn't difficult to prove.

I know what you mean, but you may be losing focus. Fantasy baseball is all about numbers, not head sizes, not waist sizes, not shoulder width either. The thing I'm trying to say is that if Giambi comes out and hits .320 with 25 HRs and 100 rbi, then the proof will be in the pudding, but as of today, the only thing that matters is what his stats will be.
Good luck to all Giambi owners!
Ya'll will need it...

no I wouldn't say I am losing focus ....
Many people come on to this forum and make jokes about "head size growth" meaning that somebody did steriods. So that leaves me with two conclusions ...
either they "ALL" bumped their head in the middle of the night and has a vision, or they heard it somewhere credible. Why else would you repeat it.
all I want is the source of where they heard it?
I can't understand why this is a big deal?
Where did you hear or see this "head growth" story?
Link Please ....

I have never heard of this head growth thing. How could an adult cranium grow without causing brain damage? If people say it in a joking context, it’s probably a joke. I thought you were joking when you first brought it up.
Why bother harping on this one irrelevant and, ultimately, fictitious point as if it is the most compelling element of this issue?
