theres another one! ok, im starting to feel a bit better... hopefully he can hit stride soon with his power bc with his tight hammy, his running may be limited, so not much steals

So, I've noticed that he is really hitting the ball well and getting a lot of multiple-hit games, but how many home runs should we expect from him? Can he still surpass last year's 20+ in which 9 of them came at April?

Kinsler homered in his last game against Felix, in Seattle. I'm looking for number 4 tonight in Texas, if they don't get rained out.

Hes on pace for 13 right now. A 3 homerun week and hes right on pace for 20+. I dont think 3 homers in mid may for someone project at 20-25 is particularly worrying.

Especially when hes hitting .313 while on pace for 129 runs (leads the AL i believe) and 43 steals.

granted i already said the same thing earlier in the thread and so did most posters, but theres so little kinsler talk ive got to praise him wherever i can. ;-D

.954 ops in may

Yeah, hopefully he hits another one tonight. Plus, he just saw King Felix last week. I bet Kinsler already has his full repertoire memorized.

I'm putting my money on Hamilton, personally, haha.

Kinsler's solid, I just traded for him and am fairly pleased with his performance. I think his power is coming--he hits only 35% GB and he's getting unlucky, only 5% of his flies are going out for homers. He'll start picking up the pace, especially playing in Arlington every other game.

What really surprises me about Kinsler is his speed. He's on pace for 35-40 steals, which I didn't think was at all possible heading into the season. He's also never shown such exceptional speed in the minors before, but I heard some commentators saying that he gets a particularly good read and jump on pitchers thanks to studying them. That's what I like to hear.

alright! there's another SB. I drafted Kinsler expecting decent avg, 16-20 hr and 20 sb. Anything else would really be gravy at the price most paid for him.

he had third 100% stolen but michael young swung at the pitch. who swings at a low curveball while their runner is stealing.
