About Bartman.....The guy that bought the ball said on D Patrick show a while back that he felt really bad for Bartman and really wanted him to come to the explosion to be a part of the ceremonies. He said he wanted to help Bartman back into the Cub Nation or whatever.

Also he said that Bartman has received like thousand of dollars worth of gifts and money from Marlins fans and Bartman has donated every bit of it to the Ernie Banks Foundation.

Pretty cool I thought.

The coolest part of that story is the reason behind buying the thing in the first place. To date they have raised nearly $1 Million Dollars for Children with Diabetes Foundation! What a great way to raise charitable funds and have fun by bringing even more interest to baseball.

alex gonzalez doesn't turn that double play. The ball was a chopper and slowly hit. If he does get 1 out it may have changed the momentum for the Cubs and maybe escape that inning with that amount of runs but i doubt it.
