Not sure what to expect of him but per Yahoo Sports (4/17) he may be called up to replace Bale in the rotation on Sunday...
Apr 17 RHP Luke Hochevar, the first overall pick in the 2006 draft, pitched six scoreless innings in Class AAA Omaha's victory Tuesday night at Memphis. Hochevar allowed just four hits while striking out five and walking two, lowering his ERA to 2.60 in three starts. If LHP John Bale, who has a dead arm, is unable to start Sunday, the Royals could plug Hochevar into that slot.
I'm intrigued. Could be someone to grab if you have an open spot and watch throw 1-2 games. I don't know is Spring stats or how real his chance of keeping this spot are, but could be a great pickup in a keeper league. He was drafted behind Miller in 06, but is considered not quite as good.

I don't think I've seen anything more than speculation that he gets called up. I would probably grab him if it becomes official and I had a weak pitching staff.
I know I have to many young pitchers already so I wouldn't, but if he gets the call then I would. I might not start him, but Oakland hasn't exactly lit many pitchers up.
Hochevar is slated to start tomorrow, may be worth a flyer if you need someone for some last day of the week H2H cats. Not sure why someone says he was drafted behind Miller , as he was the #1 overall in '06. This spring he threw 8 innings over 3 games, 2.25 ERA, 3K, 1BB.
