Pitching Help Needed!

Rich Harden and Jerome Williams are available. Should I try to get either of these guys?

My pitchers are:
Halliday, Penny, Washburn, H. Ramirez, Lawrence, Garland, Contreras, Urbina, Percival, Borowski

What do you think? Should I bother or is my pitching good enough?
