I would stick with Conor over Votto(.300AVG-.314OBP) simply because his OBP and AVG are about 10 points apart. He whiffs alot and doesn't get on base as much and is very low in the order. He is hot but is usally all or nothing with Votto. Conor's OBP is close to 100 points higher(.368AVG-.456OBP) and he bats in front of a slugger in Reynolds and another High AVG guy in Upton.

The only reason Votto's K/BB line and OBP look so bad right now is that Baker is almost forcing him to swing. Baker said early in the season that he is not looking for a guy who walks or takes 3rd strikes for outs...he wants someone up their swinging the bat. Votto has a historically great eye, and will get back to a normal ratio once he settles into the starting role. I wouldn't make a lot out of Vott'o's stat splits right now. The important thing is playing time. He gets 25 bombs in that park easy this year with 500 at bats.
