You could use some Of help and help with starting pitching. Urbina is a big ?. You are not good enough to win a league right now IMO, but you have a good start.

you need a good reliable reliever.
improve your OF and get another solid SP.
right now, you couldnt win your league, but if you improve your pitching and OF, then you could.
