well, some commishes/trade committees would not veto that deal. i would though. and i bet the poster would veto it too. my point was that if you are somewhat on the fence about whether or not a deal should be vetoed (i.e. the people i'd expect to post here), then you should never veto it. the part of you that says it is close enough is the part you should be listening to.
Then you should read the veto questions actually posted here, and not just the ones that you expect to be posted. Really about 1/3 of them are truly bad which makes your advice truly bad.
Heck, the first trade posted beneath this one is: Greg Maddux & Jeff Kent for Johan Santana in a redraft. That's as bad, if not worse, than the Joba for Crawford but the person still felt like he wanted the advice of the Cafe.
