I need to boost my bullpen with a late round (16+) pick. Who should have a decent, if not good fantasy season?

I think Lawrence will have a nice season as a starter....Rodriguez will give you great ERA and WHIP....

kim...good offense and will pick up wins with a high 3 era. he also should pickup a good number of strikeouts.
