Just Joined - Help is Appreciated

I am new to this website so any help would be very appreciated. I have been playing fantasy baseball for about 4 seasons now. I am in a Yahoo 12 team head to head league. Here is my team:
C- Ivan Rodriguez
1B- Victor Martinez
2B- Chase Utley
SS- Jhonny Peralta
3B- Kevin Kouzmanoff
OF- Josh Hamilton, Manny Ramirez, Nick Markakis
Util- Jeremy Hermida
BN- Paul Konerko, Corey Patterson, Jeff Keppinger

SP- Jake Peavy, Edison Volquez, Tim Lincecum, Micah Owings, Bronson Arroyo
RP- Jose Valverde, Brad Lidge, George Sherrill, Todd Jones
DL- Yovani Gallardo

The categories are: R, RBI, HR, Hits, Avg, SB, Wins, Losses, Saves, K's, ERA, WHIP

I was thinking of dropping Konerko or Pudge and getting someone like a Connor Jackson or Casey Kotchman? I can always put Victor back at Catcher Any thoughts on my team or that move would be greatly appreciated.

Since I am new to this site any help on how I can see the teams of the people that do help me, would be nice.

Rather than dropping pudge you could trade him for a more valuable player. Dropping konerko for kotchman sounds like a good idea since kotchman is off to a HOT start and i expect him to stay that way!

Trade Ivan, there has to be a team with a catcher that sucks or is hurt, that way you can get some value out of him.

I would pick up Kotchman, but I'm not sure how hot he will be for long. Might as well use him while he's hitting though.

I just made 2 moves. I dropped Konerko for Kotchman. I don't think Konerko has the lineup to put together another 35-110 year. Kotchman is young and on a good team. I also dropped Patterson for Nady.

I like those moves. I think your team looks solid, I would hold onto Pudge, he as well as the whole team have to start hitting soon.

I like your team. OF is solid and Hermida is one of those players that has been on the rise for a couple of seasons and hopefully he breaks out this year. I dont like Peralta and was curious if there's anyone better on WW. Kouz gets the numbers down, so good selection. Pitching is real solid, you definitely have some good prospects and once Gallardo comes back and the Brew Crew starts hitting, your team will be good.

I like your team, but I think you could use another SP.

I'm not sold on Pudge, so another catcher (maybe Doumit) would be beneficial if you plan on keeping Victor Martinez at 1B......
