No, I don't see him hitting 40 again. He did it twice right in his prime, but it's been 2 years since. I don't think 30+ is even guaranteed, but 30+ HRs with better Rs/RBIs than last year is a reasonable expectation IMO.

You mean that MLB players are using steriods? I thought they got so big by drinking protien shakes, and getting plenty of sleep? I'm confused?

Probably another year of low average with 30+ HRs, but 40 is a little optimistic. He plays in a hell of a hitters park too, so that helps.
