Seems like he just needed a mechanical adjustment. Velocity has been there and he only walked 2 with 11 Ks so this is a pretty significant game for him. I think he'll be fine from here on out.

i think i have a little bit of luck on my side in my league where we set our linupe weekly i benched him for the last 2 weeks and missed both of his 9 run games and then decided to play him this week haha...nice

Okay, so he is no longer pitching like CC DeVille. The stat line was pretty overwhelming, but is there anyone who actually watched the game and can give a report?

Freaken Sabathia - kills me 3 times in a row and then tosses a gem after he forces me to bench him.
I almost tend to agree with the guy who noted his personal rule to sit him until he's had 2 quality starts in a row, but I think I'll make the final call when I see who he's matched up against.
