Why on earth do the Angles continue to hit Matthews Jr. 2nd? The guy has hit into 3 straight Dps tonight alone & is single handedly killing them.
Figgins might as well not even get on base.
I dont get it. They have Howie the Hit Machine all the way in the 7 hole, he seems like the perfect 2 hitter. Great contact hitter, speed, he is even learning to take a walk every now & then...what else do you want...
Can anyone explain this to me....

I do two things everyday 1. check to see if Kendrick is playing 2. curse that he is not batting second

Not sure, but something is wrong.. Figgins has over a .500 OBP right now yet only has 6 runs.
Figgins
Kendrick
Guerrero
Hunter
would seem better...

Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to have one of the best hitters in baseball batting so low in the order. He has reached base 3 times and has 0 runs to show for it. His talent is a waste on that team unless he moves up in the order. Same could be said for Cano. Meanwhile an overrated player like Pedroia bats leadoff.

That's what happens when you have a career 260 hitter behind him that hits into DPs like its his job.
Matthews is just not a good player. He had one year thanks to the HGH & that is it. LAA should be scoring way more runs....& GMjr is the biggest reason why they aren't
