Dennis Sarfate

This guy has had some good numbers in middle relief. I know he may not get a ton of holds playing for Baltimore, but is he worth picking up due to his high K rate and low WHIP??

2006: 8.1 IP, 4BB, 11K, 4.32 ERA, 1.56 WHIP
2007: 8.1 IP, 1BB, 14K, 1.08 ERA, 0.72 WHIP
2008: 3.2 IP, 1 BB, 4K, 0.00 ERA, .27 WHIP

I know these are small sample sizes, but the 14K in 8 IP in 2007 seems to show some promise. Does anyone know why he doesn't have more IP over the last 3 years?? Was he injured??
