.138 BA, 1 HR, 1 RBI including a 1-5 today. He's got 5 hits on the season. Good thing I took him in the first round! All I heard was "this guy is a natural hitter, he'll succeed no matter what league he's in." UGH!

I had him last year too. You're right , he didn't slump like this ....

I would definitely throw him on the WW, no need to be keeping up washed up talent on your line up, especially if you're in my league! I just picked up Andruw Jones, so Miguel Cabrera would be a great player to compliment him!

So far this season...
March 31- April 10, 2008 8 games:
4/29, .138 AVG, 3 R, 1 RBI, 1 HR.
Last season...
April 15-25, 2007 8 games:
6/32, .188 AVG, 3 R, 2 RBI, 1 HR
May 6-13, 2007 8 games:
5/30, .167 AVG, 2 R, 3 RBI, 1 HR
August 22-31, 2007 8 games:
3/32, .094 AVG, 1 R, 2 RBI, 0 HR
So, unless there's an injury issue, or the competition in the AL is THAT much better, this isn't exactly unprecedented. Fellow MCab owners, I invite you to smoke a fat one with me... and relax a bit.

Thanks for the reminder man. I forgot Andruw clears waiver today in my keepers league. Just scooped him up for free at the Andruw Jones sale, 100% off!
