Rate my Team, h2h, 6x6, Yahoo, Currently in Last Place

Hi all, haven't posted on this site in a while because i lost my password and email

But here it goes

we are playing a 6x6 league, 10 teams, H2H, Yahoo. WEEKLY LEAGUE

Hitting Categories: Runs, HRs, RBis, SBs, Avg, OBP
Pitching Categories: W, L, Saves, K, Whip, era


Right now i lost last weekend 2-10. I need some serious rebounding

Here are my starters

1st- Garrett Atkins
2nd- Placido Planco
3rd- AROD
Ss- Troy Tuluotski
LF- Adam Dunn
CF- Ichiro
RF- Vlad
Util- Nick Markakis

Bench: Ryan Zimmerman, Lastings Milledge(LF, CF, RF) , Bill Hall(3rd, CF)

SP- Jered Weaver
RP- Mariano Rivera
RP- Trevor Hoffman
P- Derek Lowe

P- Andy Pettite

Bench: Accardo, Manny Acosta, Curt Schilling DL

I just dropped from my pitching staff Billingsley, Bonderman, Lester.

I need solid pitching options and I am trying to attack the ERA, WHip, Losses and Ws categories and maybe saves too

What should i do with my team? Do u recommend some trades that need to be made

Options on the waivers include who i just dropped. Should i pick up theroit for 2nd?

Your bats are pretty solid - I like alot of those players even though they are not top tier. Good values in BMac, Tutl, Placi even though he's had a real slow start he's money for avg. Arod goes without saying. Dunn Will hurt your avg. I have Aktins and am luke warm on him.

Pitching is good - I would not have dropped Billingsley so fast. Francis Marcum Petitte and Hoffman are all 50/50. Look for good FA pitchers to supplement. Try and make a move a week.

ok i will lose 4-8 this week but i had big improvements in batting.

9 hrs and 30 rbis this week. won OBP also

i dropped polanco for aaron hill

I also picked up longoria for bill hall

pitching i picked up gagne, picked up billingsley again.

I agree, you should lay off the trades and let your team settle in. Tulo is not gonna be playing like this all year and once he starts rocking your offense will look great. I only have a problem with
Polanco as a starter, you should be able to get a better option there. Like someone said earlier your pitching has a lot of hit or miss guys this year like Lowe, Pettite and Marcum. I think you can deal Dunn if you want to. He hurts your average and you have Markakis in Util to move to OF. People are going to look for Dunn for HR's and things like that. I would try and swing Dunn for a pitcher that you can rely on most of the time. Your closers are very nice.

and traded Lowe and Billingsley for Joba and Kerry Wood and also trading Lasting Milledge

I cant trade Dunn cuz he is a LF and Markakis is only RF and util
