Billy Butler sig request

Hey guys I have an interesting one. I was wondering if I could get a Billy Butler sig that said "Dolla dolla Billy Butler" on it and had some cash in the background? Maybe even make one so it's a $1 dollar bill with Billy Butler's picture in place of George Washington and replace the "the united states of america" seal with the phrase "dolla dolla billy butler"? (I kind of like idea B more )
