Ceuto sorta reminds me of Rich Hill.

NAAAAASTY stuff, capable of huge K rates, but he's a fly ball pitcher, which can always lead to his demise. Fly Ball pitchers are always risky, but Ceuto has the ability to K a hitter when a potential bomb is too risky. Plus his low BB/9 rate will mean those homers will usually be solo shots, so they won't hurt him too much.
