Gagne Blows (Saves)

Postby Lynchman1 » Wed Apr 09, 2008 12:20 am

Gagne looks homeless, fat and tired. I was hoping his first outing was just a fluke but he blew another save tonight. How long before he loses the job and who's next to get it Turnbow or Torres?

He has a pretty long leash, none of those other guys are too attractive anyways. Gagne isn't the only closer blowing saves..seems like every closer has been blowing em.

The Brewers really need to trade for a closer.
Gagne is the classic example of the guy who can't do it without the performance enhancing drugs.
(That's just personal opinion based on what I've heard, seen in games and read. I don't claim to have any concrete evidence to back it up but it's my opinion nonetheless.)

True. I've seen every closer out there blow something. If Gagne were to suck his way out of the closer role, my prediction is that David Riske would probably fill in for him. Anyone else have opinions on that?
