I do not recommend any of those starters. I am an avid Twins fan and I remember plenty of outings watching Loshe blow up in my face allowing hit after extra base hit. I even tried to follow him once he left the Twins because he did have some talent, but he is a fly ball pitcher and this will always come back to bite him in his butt in at least 9 out of 10 outings he has.
One nice start in the beginning of the year doesn't warrant high praise. Many batters are still trying to find their stroke, and this is most beneficial to mediocre starting pitchers.

Kyle Lohse - He’s 29. Don’t think he suddenly turned the corner into Worthwhile-ville. Twins don’t trade away good pitching prospects; they acquire them.
