Whats the deal with Mark Reynolds?

Just got offered Maggs and Prada for Weeks and Reynolds in a 16-teamer.

Gameday Ritual leagues suck.

Depends what you can get. I think he'll outproduce guys like Blalock or whatnot, but he does have a chance to finish a top 12 third baseman, he does have 30-35 homerun power. He will not bat anywhere near .300, but he could be valuable in normal to deeper leagues.

That is an awful trade which you will definitely regret.

Don't know about "definitely" anything, but Reynolds could have got Maine straight up I'd think.

Both are DEFINITELY better than Maine. They will EASILY outproduce Maine who is one of the most overrated pitchers. That is a horrible trade.

I'm not defending the trade, but you can't say both are better than Maine. Billingsley is comparable, but Maine is definitely the safer pick, and there is no way you can say Reynolds is better than Maine let alone DEFINITELY better. I do think that Maine is the best player in the trade, he is definitely better than Reynolds, but I'd say he is only a tad better than Billingsley in a non-keeper.

Imagine you had McLouth, Butler, J. Upton, and Reynolds all on the same team? I think I'd fill the rest of my roster with Brandon Fahey, Matt Treanor, and the like, just to show I could win with them.

The only pitcher I would carry would be Johnny Cueto. I'd even win Saves.
