Not anything like Hardy. Reynolds power is legit. He is a very streaky player who can carry a team when he is locked in like he is now, can also struggle a ton, but when he does make contact he hits the ball hard.

would either of you guys drop crede, blalock or s drew to get him? i also have zimmerman, but you need both a CI and a 3b. my other SS is rollins so ill never play drew unless hes hurt. It is also a keeper league.

crede $5, blalock $3, Drew $1

thanks so much

I would drop any of those palyers for Reynolds. in a keeper, (drop) in this order:
crede
blaylock
drew

They will get no such advantage from me, thank you. :^ :-D

Come on JT - give us uneducated folk a break. We need an advantage! ;-)

You know it's not education that you guys need. I've had more than one of my publicly-known sleepers grabbed before I would have grabbed him and then offered back to me at an inflated rate. That league is cutthroat!

He averaged .280 in the minors and .279 last year in the majors, so waddaya talking about?

Too many Ks not enough BBs. Give it time, this is not going to be a good AVG hitter this season.

I agree, but I wouldn't sell in a keeper league. I think he has the potential to refine himself further in the next couple of years. In the meantime, keep a solid backup.

He isn't going to hit .350 but still, he has ridiculous power. Also, he's not just hitting fastballs but some tough breaking balls as well. As long as he keeps hitting the long ball, I don't care about his AVG.

I think he's a great option at CI, as well as a safety policy on 3B like Chipper Jones, as well as any 3B you may be starting who have question marks (Alex Gordon, Edwin Encarnacion, Adrian Beltre, etc.), to have.

He was still available this morning in my 10 team re-draft. I don't know much about the guy, but 5 HR caught my eye. I already have Atkins, Zimmerman and Gordon at 3B, but I snagged him anyway. Time to shop some 3B around. :-°

Matthew Berry predicted yesterday on Sportscenter that he would hit 40 bombs this year.

Anyone agree?

I think 30 HRs would be a more appropriate, aggressive estimate.

His eye should drag him down over the course of a full season.
