I noticed that tonight he's hitting in AZ's #3 spot, is that common? If so, why, and is that expected to continue?

I looked back a few games and sure enough he's been in that 3 spot. I was surprised, maybe he'll be a nice fill for me while Ty Wigginton is out.

314 of his 517 ABs were from the 3 hole last season. He's hit 3rd more often than not so far this season. I don't understand the surprise. He'll probably end up hitting mostly 2nd this year, but it's not shocking to see him hit 3rd.

Injury is the only thing that stopped Hudson from being a breakout player last year. He really hits well in that park.

Yea I got him extremely late in my draft last year, and its hard to fit him in with Dustin Pedroia and Placido Polanco on my team.
But he hit me a nice 3 Run HR tonight
