Just caught Gammons on ESPNnews talking about the 'Stros and he mentioned Berkman looks to be in the best shape he's been in and that Wade Miller has lost about 10-15 pounds and will train with Clemens whenever Rocket goes to work.

I'm positive that I saw a quote from Alou saying that Bonds was in the best shape of his life and has lost 15 pounds. But I can't find it, so you'll have to take my word on it.

Berkman's LBS. loss isn't from stopping steroid use, dude was a bit chunky. Good for him getting in shape.

Not only was Anna a pig but she appeared to be drunk and popping valium. I've got nothing against Anna, and man did she use to be hot, but I can't believe she got a show to display her extremely out of shape self, stumbling around acting like an idiot, lol.%-6

Good news on Berkman, though.
