I would assume Loretta would replace him at 3rd. Giving him a bit of value since he qualifies at SS and 2B also

From the Astros page on MLB.com:

The Astros were dealt another blow in the seventh when Ty Wigginton left the game with a bruised left thumb. Digital X-rays taken later that day showed a small fracture in the thumb. Wigginton will be re-evaluated by team medical director David Lintner on Monday.

Any hot 3B prospects in the Houston organization?
As a Sox fan my first thought was that this is another possibility for the Joe Crede trade; but, do the Astros have any prospects left after the Miguel Tejada trade?

I hear that Ty hopes to NOT go on the DL... which means that he'll be out about 6 weeks! I love optimism... but let's be real here.
