First Year Dynasty League **WHIR**

Postby jake_twothousandfive » Fri Apr 04, 2008 9:04 pm

This is a ten team, standard 5x5 league. It is a first year dynasty league - meaning we can keep all of our players if we want. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Leave a link and I will help in return.

Real deep benches in your league, which is a good thing so you could stock some of your prospects. Maybe try to trade one of your backup outfielders(Kemp, Gomez) for a legitamate catcher or shortstop. You have some outfielders locked in already that are young, Sizemore, Young, Butler, one of Kemp/Gomez so you can afford a deal like that. Solid pitching as well.

I think your team is good enough to get into the playoffs but won't make any noise once there. But you got great young players to build on and thats the whole point in dynasty leagues. Your OF/SP is locked down. My question for you is how drunk were you at the end of that draft? Help me out...

Your team looks solid as it is.
Like the poster above me said, I doubt your team will win it all this year.
With your top prospects, it'll be a wicked team in a few years.
Or if you want to win now, I suggest trading some young players for stars in their prime.
Your pitching looks fine, but your offense could use more speed and power.
Maybe try to acquire a player like Berkman or Crawford.

Thanks for the help on mine.
