He was just dropped in my 14 team dynasty league. Is he worth a pickup?

his BABIP is around .215 i believe, which is awful, but his contact rate is low as well. his avg will probly stay low, but he could give some nice power numbers

Below replacement player in standard leagues. I know he had a couple of good seasons but I don't think he will ever get back to hat level.
