I think....I'll cheer for the Red Sox this series. But if Papelbon has a save opportunity, I'd like to see him blow it.

I don't get the whole Redsox jersey buried on the visitors dugout.
Was this construction worker trying to curse the visitors to play at the redsox's historically mediocre level? You'd think they'd put it under the Yankees dugouts to make the yankees play like a team that choked for near a century before lucking their way into 2 world series.
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

You think it might've been last years....

0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.

2 hits against a contact pitcher like Wang is pretty pathetic.

The Red Sox are in a funk right now, no question. If they keep playing like this, they'll be lucky to claim 3rd in the division.

Karen Matthews, Associated Press Writer wrote:NEW YORK --So much for the curse. The New York Yankees have ended a construction worker's attempt to jinx their new stadium with a buried Boston Red Sox jersey.
Team officials watched Sunday as construction workers removed the jersey, with slugger David Ortiz's name on it, from 2 feet of concrete in a service corridor of the stadium that's under construction.
The team says a construction worker -- who is a Red Sox fan -- recently buried the jersey there while on the job. Two other supervisors found the tattered shirt Saturday.
The Yankees plan to donate the jersey to charity, and may pursue a lawsuit against the construction worker.
